About Signal Operations Inc. and CEO, Erika Dowell
Signal Operations was created to work with businesses to streamline their bookkeeping, accounting, and payroll processes and interpret the “signals” along the way, where to save money, what areas are growing, and which are not. After growing through bookkeeping and process setup, we noticed that many business owners were merely surviving when they should be thriving. So, we decided to expand our services and help businesses in many other ways.
Erika Dowell created Signal Ember to support leaders who want to grow without burning out. As a coach, Erika works with founders and executives to untangle complexity, reconnect with their vision, and lead with clarity. Signal Ember is where strategic insight meets deep personal growth, because business transformation starts with the person at the center.
Based in Ontario, she prides herself on conquering finances in all time zones, offering services to businesses Canada-wide.
Erika resides and works in the traditional homeland of the Anishinaabe, Haudenosaunee and the Huron-Wendat peoples.
